A Novel Method of Teaching Quality Monitoring and Evaluation from the Perspective of Educational Balance

چکیده
Exploring the problem of teaching quality monitoring and evaluation from perspective educational balance can help educators policy makers discover inequality problems, thereby promoting fair allocation resources opportunities. In light this, this study attempts to research balance. At first, mechanism by information technology was expounded, principle necessity a comprehensive assessment based on results different evaluators were explained. Then, innovatively introduced whitening weight function (WWF)-grey model into conventional grey clustering evaluation, calculated unit coefficients indexes balance, gave fair, accurate, effective evaluations. After that, GM (1,1) applied prediction improvement effect, future trend changes predicted history data, provided references for reform decision-making. last, experimental verified validity proposed method.
